Questions schools ask
Before you try it
How long does the register take?
A minute or two per class. Everyone starts present, and the teacher marks only who is absent.
Does attendance appear on the report card?
Yes. The term’s attendance summary is filled in automatically.
How do we spot learners who are missing school?
Msingi lists every learner whose attendance is below 90%, so the class teacher or head can follow up.
Who can take the register?
Teachers take the register for the classes they are assigned. The head and deputy can see every class.
Does it need the internet?
No. The register works on the school’s own computer, with or without a connection.
