How Msingi keeps a Kenyan school
The report card
What parents receive
The CBE assessment rubric your schools already print: the eight levels with their points, each learning area’s teacher, and a graph against the class average. A whole class prints in one go.
Made for Kenya
What is different here
CBE achievement levels
The eight levels, EE1 to BE2, with their points, on every marksheet and report card. Positions are off by default, because CBE does not rank.
Forms 3 and 4 as well
The last 8-4-4 classes keep KCSE grades, A to E with their points, until they finish.
NEMIS and KNEC
Each learner keeps a UPI and a KNEC assessment number, and class lists export for NEMIS and for KPSEA and KJSEA candidates.
M-Pesa fees
Paste an M-Pesa statement and each payment is matched to its learner by the admission number in the account reference.
Senior School pathways
STEM, Social Sciences, and Arts and Sports Science, so subject choices follow the pathway.
