Questions schools ask
Before you try it
Does it compute results the Nigerian way?
Yes. First CA, second CA and the examination add up to the subject’s mark out of 100, and each report card gives the grade and the position in each subject and overall.
Which grading does it use?
Nursery to JSS are graded A to F; SSS uses the WAEC scale, A1 to F9. A school can change the boundaries in Settings.
Are the 2025 curriculum subjects in?
Yes. The subjects of the new NERDC curriculum, including Digital Technologies and the trade subject, ready to rename to suit your school.
Does it understand sessions?
Yes. Terms belong to a 2026/2027 session that opens in September, and every report says so.
Does it need the internet?
No. Msingi runs on the school’s own computer, so results and report cards keep working through power and network outages.
